Clinical practice in integrative medicine
Health and Wellbeing
For physicians and practitioners

Showing up
is part of
the medicine.
Dr. Rigobert Kefferputz is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with a grounded, no-nonsense approach to root-cause care. One that respects the complexity of the body while cutting through the noise to get people genuinely well.
His work travels beyond the office and towards any platform that lets him translate medicine into language people enjoy hearing and can actually use. The aim is on point: reach more people with the kind of medicine that actually moves the needle in their lives.
Rigobert is a hands-on father who believes the best lessons are lived, not lectured. It's a philosophy that carries straight into his practice, where showing up fully is as important as the medicine itself.

Philosophy
Help people
understand
their own body.
“I'm not here to change anyone. I'm here to support change that comes from inside the person sitting across from me.”
That means listening carefully, asking better questions, and treating the body, mind, and nervous system as one system. It means using lab tests, supplements, and prescriptions when they're the right tool, and slower work, breath, and somatic awareness when those are.
The mission is to help as many people as possible live with more energy, clearer thinking, and a steadier nervous system, so they can show up fully for the lives they want to build.
