A retreat
for within.

The Property

72 acres
of old-growth
wilderness.

Nestled on the slopes of Mt. Maxwell, the retreat property sits on 72 acres of old-growth Douglas fir, Garry oak meadows, and panoramic ocean views. Cedar-lined trails wind through ancient forest where the air alone feels restorative.

It's a place built for slowing down, reconnecting with the land, and doing the kind of deep work that daily life rarely allows.

A Day on Retreat

Small by
design.
Deep by intent.

Each retreat caps at twelve people, so every participant gets genuine attention. Days begin with sunrise yoga on the meadow and close around the wood-fired sauna under the stars.

Each cohort is built around a specific health theme, such as stress recovery, hormonal balance, detoxification, or men's work, so the group shares a common intention. That shared focus changes the energy in the room entirely.

  1. 01

    Conscious connected breathwork

Guided sessions that move beyond intellectual understanding and into direct nervous system experience. Some of the most transformative work I facilitate.

  2. 02

    Forest bathing & nature immersion

Slow, guided walks through old-growth forest. No destination, no pace to keep, just presence among trees that have been here for centuries.

  3. 03

    Wood-fired sauna & cold plunge

Heat therapy followed by cold water. A practice as old as medicine itself, and one of the fastest ways to reset your nervous system.

  4. 04

    Farm-to-table meals

Fresh, whole-food meals sourced from Salt Spring Island farms and prepared on site. No processed food, no rushed eating. Meals are part of the healing.

  5. 05

    Sunrise yoga

Gentle morning movement to wake the body and quiet the mind before the day's deeper work begins.
